Honda and Toyota still top most of the surveys done by Consumer Reports but the same feedback shows that Ford is gaining ground with select models like the Ford Fusion. The rankings show that the top 5 brands are Scion (Toyota), Honda, Toyota, Infiniti and Acura. Ford ranked 16th overall but did finish above Nissan, Buick and Chrysler.
