 How much should you tip your server at a restaurant is always a hot topic of discussion.  Some of the most annoying celebrity's made the Top 10 list of high profile worst tippers.  Many believe that most tips should range from 15%-20% at a full service restaurant.   Check out this list provided in an article on NBC Sports on the worst celebrity tippers:
