How does your city rank among the healthy and most fit cities in the USA?  If you live in Oklahoma City, your city ranks last among the list of Top 50 fittest cities.  The most recent survey by the American College of Sports Medicine ranks the cities based on smoking, obesity rates and many other factors like percentage of people that exercise to lose weight. There are many reasons to exercise, but many people workout just to have a great body. So head to the gym and help move your city up the list of healthy and fit cities.

• Health care reform legislation has some benefits, but also disadvantages, for seniors

·         Health insurance companies can't discriminate against you because you have a pre-existing condition.

·         The health care reform legislation has some benefits for senior citizens, but it might have some disadvantages as well.
