Is your favorite female celebrity a top 10 cougar?  Susan Sarandon has been seducing younger men for decades.  She may not be the original cougar but she definitely carried the torch for many years.  So just to set the record straight and according to very reliable sources a Puma is a woman in her 30’s that is looking for that younger guy in his early 20’s.  A Puma then evolves into a Cougar when she turns 40 and then targets guys in their 20’s and 30’s.  Let’s review the list:

ü  Demi Moore, 47, married Ashton Kutcher, 32, she entered into the "cougar" hall-of-fame.

ü  Halle Berry, 45, likes the company of younger men

ü  Madonna, 51, seemed to invent the term "cougar." The Material Girl always has a younger man on her arm. Her current flame, Jesus Luz is 28 years younger.

ü  Heather Locklear, 48, still looking good and leading the pack of cougars on the prowl

ü  Pamela Anderson,  42, hailing out of Canada and breaking young American hearts

Here is a list of the Top Celebrities that are famous for being Famous.  Huh?  Yep.  Paris Hilton started the trend (at least she was rich and had a famous last name).  In 2009, the Famous Nobody’s kept on coming.  Here is a list of the Hottest Celebrities of 2009 according to USA Today’s Hot Index.  Most of these folks have some talent – other than the Gosselin’s that only have a bunch of kids.  But let’s stay with the Most Popular Celebrity Nobody's of 2009 starting with Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt  and Kim Kardashian. Paris Hilton started this and who knows who will end it.  God help us all.
